Soda Pop Candy

I am always on the lookout for an idea that is simple, useful and quick.  When I stumbled across this idea…I just had to share!  This idea came from the darling site, The Idea Room. This idea is meant to be used for Father’s Day, but I thought it could be used anytime.

“Since my hubby has a few favorite snacks, I decided the kids could help me make this cute snack case for him to take and keep at work.”  –Amy from The Idea Room

I love that all you need to do this is candy and old fashioned soda bottles!

  1. I made these for my kids grandfathers… I just used scrapbook paper, some pictures of the kids and some clear contact paper to wrap the bottles with… and I just used the soda itself instead of filling them with snacks… I figured they could fill them themselves when they were done with them. My Dad still has his, he LOVES them!!!

  2. I would love it if you could tell me where you got all the cute covers for the bottles and where you found the glass bottles. I love the way you did this!! SO CUTE!! I would like to do this for my dad for Father’s day, but I’m not sure where to find those two items?
