  1. The form doesn’t show up in Google Chrome. I had to go into Internet Explorer to complete it. Just thought you’d like to know.

  2. I tried and tried to get the docs after pinning everything, but it wouldn’t work. It just says Form Submission Error. I even tried it in Internet Explorer. Just letting you know. : )

    1. Hi Trisha! Hmmmm… we have checked it in all four major browsers – (Safari, IE, Firefox and Chrome) and it is working on our end. Please make sure your browser is updated and try again.

  3. It’s not printing the same colors as the pictures. My ink levels are fine. I wanted the blue and yellow and it’s printing it blue and pink and the other one is printing brown and black

    1. Hmmm…I’m not sure why. I just checked and it’s working on our end- I printed the blue and yellow just fine. Did you ever figure it out?
