It’s a Harry Potter Marathon

Harry Potter Date Night!

Fall has once again blown in and with the leaves falling, the apples crisp, the breeze getting a little more brisk every day, we all know that Halloween is just around the corner! We’re not sure if it is just us, but when we think of Halloween we think of witches, and when we think of witches we think of everyone’s favorite wizard, the one and only, Harry Potter! Harry Potter really brings out all of the best parts of fall! We love the pumpkins, costumes and whole feeling of Harry Potter!

  1. What a cute Idea! My husband and I just celbrated our 6th wedding anniversary on Oct 29. My parents were out of town and couldn't take the kids for us that weekend, but they offered to take them Nov 19th down to their home 2 hours away and I will join them the follwing week since my son doesn't have school. Dan and I have already bought our tickets for Nov 20th to see Harry Potter #7 Part 1. I had read the first 4 books back in 2001 and then the others as they came out. My husband had never read the books, but we started reading them together after we were married and have had fun doing that. Thanks for the great ideas!

  2. Great ideas! I can't wait for the movie to come out. I really am lost tho so i'm thinking a movie marathon is the perfect thing before we see the next two in theatre. I love all your decorations and the book covers you made are so darling and such an inexpensive way to create decorations. Thanks for all the ideas. 🙂

  3. This looks incredible, and since I have not seen or read ANY HP books or movies… I have no idea what any of it means… Looks like this date is for us!

    1. @sivan- I checked all the links and it looks like all work except for the last one that contains the second half of the date. I am SO sorry. I have contacted Charlene (who did the date) to ask for the correct printables. I will let you know when she sends them in! Thanks for your comment!

  5. no response yet, my boyfriend’s birthday is on september 2nd and i really wanted to make it a big suprise for him !!! need hlep with the printable please ….

    1. I just heard from Charlene and she is going to look for them. She has been having computer issues, so hopefully it won’t be too long. I promise we are working hard on it!

  6. Saw this on Pinterest and love the idea! It appears the last link for all the printables is not working. Did you ever get it working so I can get the correct one?

    Thanks for the help 🙂

    1. Hi Molly- unfortunately I still haven’t been able to get a hold of the printables from Charlene. She had her computer re-done and had to see if they were on backup. I’m trying to get that figured out. I’ll for sure post when it’s all cleared up. Sorry about that!
