We’re Hiring Two Marketing Project Managers!

With the NEW YEAR almost upon us, it’s the perfect time to make some fabulous NEW CHANGES!! We’re opening up our Marketing Team to welcome two Project Leaders aboard! 

We are excited to announce that we will be expanding our “Dating Diva” team… by TWO Marketing Project Managers! :) Our speedy growth is overwhelming, exciting, and full of promise! We want to deliver the best and ONLY the best to our readers so we are looking to bring on a couple more talented individuals to implement and head up all of the exciting changes and projects we have in the works and on our radar. ALL of the information regarding these two positions are listed below.

HINT: We are looking for extreme marketing skills AND a fun personality. We work hard, but we also play hard and have a lot of fun doing it. We laugh a lot and absolutely LOVE each and every person on our team. In order to keep our team functioning as well as it currently is, we have to bring on individuals who have the needed marketing skills & expertise but also the personality to boot.

  • Passionate about what we do on our website & excitement to help promote strengthening marriage
  • Photoshop Skills is a HUGE bonus!!! {This will get you brownie points!!}

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyzing Data & Stats
  • SEO Knowledge/Implementation
  • Online Marketing Expert
  • Expert Project Manager {strategize, head up, and execute projects}
  • Attend {and/or head up} Monthly Marketing Meetings
  • Building Brand Recognition
  • Creating & implementing Marketing Funnels
  • Creation/heading up new loyalty Programs
  • Affiliate Program {communication, brainstorming/implementing changes}
  • Conducting Surveys
  • Communicating with Webmaster on Tech Issues
  • Communicating with Diva Team on Skype on a weekly basis
  • Helping/Prepping Posts for Website
  • Prepping virtual newsletters
  • Social Media Expert {Especially Google+}
  • Customer Service for our products
  • Replying to emails
  • Helping with our community {separate website}/answering emails
  • Communicating with other websites on big projects
  • Creating/maintaining Google Docs

Other: 

  • This is a paid position – DOE
  • This will be a part-time job, although, while training & learning the “ropes” – it may seem closer to a full-time job. The hours put in each week will all depend on how efficient you are. We have a set of tasks that the new project managers will need to complete, which will vary every week. At first, things will take you longer, which is why we’ll have a training period in place. Once the new Project Managers are comfortable with the tasks at hand, then the projects will go a lot faster. The individuals would need to be absolutely amazing & have all of the qualities/skills/knowledge listed above in order to complete the tasks in a timely manner. Please do not apply if you don’t understand or have knowledge of the responsibilities listed above. These individuals would need to have a background and/or experience in marketing in order to be able to complete the assigned projects.
  • Below form will need to be completed by December 25th.
  • Our decision will be made by January 2nd.

How To Apply:  

{This is a 3-Step Process. We are SUPER selective about who we bring on our team & with these two new additions working closely with our TOP divas, they need to be the perfect matches. :)}

  • STEP #1) Complete this form. Please take your time, show your personality and be extremely honest about your marketing skills and experience.
  • STEP #2) We will review all of the applicants who filled out the form & narrow it down to our top 20 favorites. A reply email with more specific details regarding this position along with list of “tasks” will be sent to those 20 individuals so we are able to see your skills in action.
  • STEP #3) We will review all of the applicants who completed the tasks & narrow it down to our top four favorites. We’ll then set up and conduct an interview with each of our top four. Once the interviews are completed, we’ll make our decision.

**We’re hoping to have our two new Marketing Project Managers chosen by the beginning of January, so training can start immediately.

      Robyn – it’s independent contractor hours. You are given deadlines and set your own hours to accomplish the projects within the timelines.

      Hey Tiffany! Once we look over the initial applicants, we’ll chose our top 20 and they will move onto Round 2. At that point, you will be able to submit samples of your work, etc. Good luck!
