Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Head up Sponsor/Ad Campaigns
    • Responsible for all online advertising & affiliate marketing on The Dating Divas website
    • Maintain an inventory of advertisements & manage the ad server software
    • Circulate efficient & accurate reporting , detailing results of each web marketing campaign & possible improvements
    • Source, manage, & maximize online affiliate opportunities & revenue generation for The Dating Divas
    • Ensure regular communication & email contact with Director, Marketing Team, & affiliates and act as main point of contact
  • Implement SEO strategies
  • Maintain project tracking spreadsheets
  • Advise Director on the improvement, results, competition, & new direction in technology to assist with marketing of The Dating Divas
    • Review statistics, monitor analytics,  & analyze results
    • Co-conduct Marketing meetings
    • Keep up to date on trends that will improve The Dating Divas website
  • Develop Media Kits and press releases
  • Assist in implementing & maintaining an e-commerce page

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.  Equivalent experience accepted.
  • Knowledge of Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, & Stumbleupon
  • Must possess Project Management Skills
  • Strong web design skills which includes the ability to edit HTML & JavaScript
  • Thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques
  • Experience running & evaluating online marketing campaigns which includes the management of PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns
  • Flexible & positive attitude with proven experience of working in a small team
  • Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Capable of writing reports & creating excel spreadsheets presenting data
  • Ability to solve problems, analyze data, & suggest appropriate solutions
  • Strong skills in organization, prioritization, & time management
  • Ability to meet project deadlines
  • Highly self-motivated individual
  • Passionate about what we do on our website & excitement to help promote strengthening marriages

Salary

Commission Based

Part Time with possibility of moving up to Full Time

 

Webmaster

Responsibilities

  • Update & troubleshoot current web pages
  • Set up & manage the ad server software
  • Debug issues that arise with the performance of the website
  • Address issues with hosting company
  • Create & maintain e-commerce page
  • Optimizing website & analyzing speed of website

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred equivalent experience accepted.
  • 3-5 years experience preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, Javascript, & Flash
  • Extensive SEO knowledge
  • Graphic design experience preferred (not required)
  • Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to meet project deadlines
  • Highly self-motivated individual
  • Passionate about what we do on our website & excitement to help promote strengthening marriages

Salary DOE

On a project basis to start

(Possibility of developing into a part time or full time position depending on site growth)
