Date Long Distance Style

Long Distance Relationship Dating Idea
Everyone's spouse (or self :)) has to travel away from each other every once in a while, right?  If it's for a business trip, family emergency, etc. there would be an occasion where you would be apart.  Well that's what happened to me this week.  My hubby is gone on a business trip but I still wanted to be able to 'hang out' with him.  So, I wanted to plan a 'date' while we were apart.  How you ask? I love giving thoughtful gifts to my husband for our anniversary, but often times I have a hard time coming up with something that isn't too cheesy. I love Pringles. I love my husband. I thought...why not combine the two?
Grab a can of Pringles, print off the printable, You're Dynamite! and tape it to a can of Pringles.
I added a little sparkle pipe cleaner to the top to make the true "dynamite" effect.  I also used scrapbook paper to create a fun design behind the printable.

Mini Love Notes

Remember how everything is so much cuter in the mini version? Well, the same is true for love notes.

My husband and I are doing the long distance relationship thing right now as he is doing medical school rotations all around the country. And as "fun" as it sounds to take 2 kids and travel with him we decided to stay put and just visit as often as we could. {And a huge applause to those of you that do the long distance thing because, man, is it hard!}
