Photo Love Notes!
by Corie
Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! Are you ready? Each year, I try to think of a gift idea that is meaningful, but also budget friendly! While I was shopping at Michael’s Arts & Crafts one day, I found a frame mat for $1. Inspiration began to strike! I came home and found a 5×7 picture of my husband and I. Next, I placed the mat around our picture. I gave this to my husband as part of his Valentine’s gift and we began writing one sentence love notes to each other. This quickly became a fun game! One of my favorite notes my husband wrote said, “I want to grow old with you.” I am excited to fill this mat to the brim! We’ve been doing this for a week, taking turns each day and I have to say…I want to keep doing this throughout the year. Kind, meaningful words go a long way!

You can even make your own mat using thick cardstock.
