    Thanks!!!

    1. Hello Dee! The file should download automatically when you click on step #3 in the post! I just tested it and it should be working just fine. Maybe look in your recent downloads folder? Unfortunately, we can’t email the file as it is only saved in this post. Let me know if you need further assistance!!! Xo.

  4. I know this was originally posted several years ago, but I came back to it today to use for Valentine’s Day and I can’t get the printable to load…help please?

    1. Hi Niki! If you click on the link next to step #3 it should start to download automatically. If that doesn’t work, you might need to clear your cache on your browser? But it is working fine on my end! Good luck!

    1. Hi Nancy! Do you have time to order them! If you click on the link by #1 in the post it will take you directly to where you can get them! Good luck!

    1. Hi Brianna! When you click on the link the download should start automatically. Usually out links open up to a pdf page where you can manually download, but this one is a little different. Maybe search your recent downloads folder? If it isn’t there, clear your cache on your browser and click the link again… see if that works 😉 Good luck!

    1. Hi Melissa! The link is working fine on our end, you might need to clear your cache? That usually does the trick 🙂

  5. I have three granddaughters ages 7-10 and I think this would be ‘sweet’ to do them, making up my own little notes of love & encouragement of course.

  6. I have downloaded link, I am unable to print anything. I get only a white page. Love this link!!! Would appreciate any and all help! Thank you in advance!!

    1. Hi Becky! I’m so glad you love it! I’m actually not sure what the problem might be… other than maybe you might be out of printer ink? Might just need to check the settings on your computer/printer and make sure everything is ok. Sorry I can’t be of more help!

    1. Hi Lisa! Let’s see, does it download? You have to open the zip file and then get it loaded in to your printer program. From there, it may just be a printer issue? Also, try clearing your cache. Sorry for the trouble! Hope that helps!!

  7. Can someone type the 7 little papers for me i cant open the page 🙁 and ive tried everything!!!!

    1. Daniela – right-click on the link and when the pop up box appears, select, “Download Linked File”… it should work for ya!

  8. Thanks this is great! My husband goes to work very early and goes to bed early, and I go to work late and get home after he is in bed. This little bedside treat keeps us feeling close even when we’re not together.

  9. Absolutely great idea! I love this! I really want to give this to my boyfriend who I do not see during the week – kind of like a love note every day that we are not together.I cannot seem to print the printables. I’ve tried saving the document to my computer and tried printing then – but only a blank page come out – even if the print preview shows the content??? Any idea what I might be doing wrong??

  10. these are great. They would also be terrific for children, maybe like the week before Christmas or birthday, when they want to know ” How many more days until…?”. And definitely would be great if traveling several days in a car, to have something to look forward to. I made something similar once for a car trip, and included a word a day that made up a special message, along with other small things, candies, etc. thanks for this great idea of using the pill container.

  11. OMG this is the cutest idea ever! I found this link through Happy Wives Club as I’ve been wanting to do something out of the norm for our anniversary this week (and hubby is not big on receiving gifts). I’m going out tomorrow to get everything I need. Thanks a bunch! I’ll be spending lots more time here 🙂

  12. This is so great. Hubby has to take many pills daily, how fun to turn a have-to chore into a fun & loving thing! I will probably refill this prescription often!!

  13. I have a question. Where can I find/buy a standard Monday-Sunday pill box? If possible, please reply via email. Thanks and this is one of the cutest ideas I’ve ever seen!<3

    1. I found a bunch at the Salvation Army for 50 cents each. Try the second hand places first, you’ll be surprised what you can find.

    2. If you have a dollar tree in your area they carry a few different kinds for $1 …I am a home health nurse and they are just as good as the $5 ones

  14. This is the cutest idea ever! My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship and I’m always looking for cute, fun gifts and ideas to send to him! I am totally going to bookmark this website! Thanks for the adorable idea!

  15. I had to share with my friend. She has an old flame new in her life after years of being apart. She asked me for ideas and I just sent her this one. Glad I found your site via pinterest.

  16. My husband and I are doing this for our friend who is having their thyroid removed tomorrow. We are going to send it to her with little notes in it for her recovery this week that are funny and encouraging. Way better than a “get well” card!

  17. thanks … can’t wait to put into use in his REGULAR pill box … maybe make the process let painful. =)

  18. I love this so much I’m including it in this week’s newsletter so others can check this out. LOVE it!

  19. This is an AWESOME thing to do for the MAN I LOVE. We are going through a REALLY tough financial time right now. I think HUBS feel like he is not providing for my daughter (his step) and myself. Thank you Thank you.

  20. I found this the other day when looking for ideas for my husband. He has had a really hard month at work, he had to shut down a store and put some people out of work, so I’m trying to do lots of special little things for him. I did this last night and put it in his car to find this morning. He called me from work going on and on about how much he loved it and how no matter what, his day will be great. I also printed off a little fake prescription and attached it to the case. I put his name, for address I put “in my heart”, date “always”, and put to “take one each day for a week, smile and know you are loved and respected”.
    Thanks for the great ideas!!

  21. I did this for my husband the week of Valentine’s Day. It was PERFECT because I was working nights and he had something to look forward to when I wasn’t around. 🙂 Loved it!

  22. Wish I had seen this last week! My husband went on his last BIG week long trip on Friday and gets home tomorrow. I am printing it out and making a file to use the next time. LOVE this site!!!!!

  23. My husband has to get up for work two hours before me. He also has to take medication daily. I put these notes in his pill box to let him know that I’m thinking of him even while I’m snoozing away. Thanks!

  24. This is such a great gift idea! I made this for my significant other as my first Christmas present to him and he loves it! I personalized it by including quotes that best fit our relationship and paired them with a message. I also wrote a poem to tie in the pill box/days a bit more. Thank you!

  25. this is great – would be good in a different version for a college student :o)

PS: Could You add the Pinterest button to your Shareholic? then I could pin when I’m not on my own computer. Please & Thank You.

  26. Corie –

I just wanted to tell you that this was the post that led me to the dating divas website. My husband is in pharmacy school and this was a perfect gift during a week-long trip we took for his birthday. You led me to this website – and now I’m a diva! Thanks!

  27. I am sitting in my hotel room reading this thinking how perfect it would have been to leave this for my hubby. Oh well, business trips are bound to come up again this year, so this is a keeper!

  28. Hi!
I absolutely loved this idea so much, that I decided to share it with some of my friends! The Dating Divas made their debut on my blog tonight! Keep the ideas coming, they are great! Thank you!

    xoxo, Leanna

  29. My daughter is going to sleep away camp this year for the first time – I can’t wait to slip this into her bag! Thanks for such a great idea!

  30. My husband is gone for a month at a time without cell service for work and it gets really lonely for him. So I put 4 of these in his suitcase this month to find so he knows I’m thinking of him daily. GREAT idea! Thanks!

  31. I’m getting ready to leave on vacation for 12 days. My boyfriend is excited for me, but says he will miss me. The day I’m leaving is falls on our 6 month anniversary. This is a perfect small gift to give him while I’m away. I also liked Lauren’s idea for using hershey kisses for a kiss goodnight. Love it!

  32. I love this idea. I did this for husband my who works out of town every other week so he was SO happy to find this when he got to his hotel 🙂 would LOVE if anyone can make any other suggestions for little surprise gifts like this??!… it’s hard for him to be away so much and every little thought counts! Plus, it’s tricky trying to find ‘cute’ gifts for guys.

  33. Thanks for another FANTASTIC idea to send to my DEPLOYED husband!!! You girls have so many ideas that are great for staying connected during deployment. I can’t wait to share your blog with my fellow NAVY Wives 🙂

  34. This is an awesome idea. My husband is leaving on a business trip soon and I know this will make him feel better about being away from home and family. Thanks !

  35. My husband and I are pharmacists and lots of our friends are too. This is a FABULOUS idea! I can get the pill boxes at the Dollar Tree and spread the love this year! Thank you so much for such a wonderful idea!!!!! Love!

  36. What a wonderful idea! I hope it’s okay that I used one of these photos on my blog to link others to your site and this project. Thank you for sharing the wonderful idea!

  37. This is a great idea! My hubs is an accountant so sometimes he gets home ridiculously late. This is a perfect way for me to show my love during busy season. Thanks for the idea and the printable!

  38. Great idea! I’m going to use M&M’s (Peanuts & Mini), Jolly Ranchers, Reeses Pieces, Skittles, Lemon Heads & a mini-chocolate bar. I made my own litte papers instead of using the printables. A couple had little quotes, like “Love Reminds You That Nothing Else Matters” another had a lyric of our favorite love song, and another thanked him for doing certain chores around the house. I feel like it personalized it a bit more 🙂

  39. My husband works offshore. I am going to sneak one of these in his bag before he leaves!! I am also going to modify the idea for my son in college during finals week.

  40. I just found the “seven days of love” post today and put it together for my hubby who is leaving on a business trip for 2 weeks tomorrow. I found a giant 7 day pill container at the dollar store and put the love printables along 2 hershey kisses in each for “a kiss goodnight” every night while he is gone. THANKS FOR THE AWESOME IDEA!!! 🙂

  41. Just found your site through another blog – AWESOME! I needed this today and next week is my husband’s birthday, so I’m going out right now to get candy to give him 7days of Love starting tomorrow!! Thanks for the great idea and I will be coming back for more!

  42. Me and the girl I’m dating live about 4 hours from each other so I don’t get to see her as often as I would like. So when I saw this I thought it would be a good way for her to know I was thinking about her and that I like her (I had to change the notes to like for now). So I sent it off to her this Friday and she got it to day and so far she has liked it………………

  43. PLEASE do not do this with babies or young children. When they find a pillcase at grandma’s house or in her purse, they will assume there’s a great treat inside for them. Confusing a pillcase with a toy or candy treat is could be fatal.

  44. Thank you so very much for this post. My husband is a truck driver and this will be a great way to show him that we love him while he is gone. They always say its the little things…. Again Thank You

  45. what a great idea! and it is so cute! i’ll have to do this soon.

i would love for you to come link up this or any other amazing project at my creativity party going on right now!

  48. Corie – once again, you’ve have raised the bar! Love this idea and LOVE that it is so cheap! I just saw these pill boxes at the dollar store and thankfully, I have some random pieces of candy laying around my house. Thanks for yet again, a fabulous idea for my man!

  49. I just stumbled across your blog (saw you on Craft Envy’s Saturday Spotlight), and now I’m a follower. Love this idea–my hubs is in the Navy, so he’s gone a lot, and I’m definitely going to sneak one (or several) of these into his bag next time he leaves. 🙂

  50. Thank you so much for this idea. Hubby and I are beyond stressed out right now with no end in sight and I lthink this is just the right thing for him.

  51. I love it. I set this up yesterday for my husband and he got so excited over something so small. Thank you for sharing all your ideas and the printables…my husband’s spirits have been pretty high since I found your site!

  52. excited for this one.. My sweetie is a truck driver and out on the road and away from home often. cant wait to send this one with him his next trip out. keep the reminders with him of just why he does this -to provide for us of course 🙂

  53. Am I the only one who’s hubby would find this and open them ALL the first day?! Dang him and his impatience! I’m still doing this! Maybe he’ll prove me wrong;)

  54. This is a really good one for those of us with Hubby’s that travel! Easy to slip into his suitcase or bathroom bag for a little love reminder every day he’s gone.
