  • This position is a paid position – depending on experience. We are ONLY hiring for long-term, which means we want a minimum of 2 years but ideally this individual would be on our team for 3+ years.
  • This will be a part-time job, although, while training & learning the “ropes”– it may seem closer to a full-time job. The hours put in each week will all depend on how efficient you are. We have a set of tasks that the assistant will need to complete, which will vary every week. At first, things will take you longer. Once you are comfortable with the tasks at hand, then the projects will go a lot faster. It would definitely be a part-time job, BUT the Assistant Site Director needs to be absolutely amazing & have all of the qualities/skills/knowledge listed above in order to complete the tasks in a timely manner. We’re handing off a chunk of our workload, so we’ll have to play it by ear to see how many hours a week will be put in.

How to Apply:

  1. Fill out THIS APPLICATION.
  2. We will review all of the applicants who complete the application & narrow it down to our top favorites. A reply email with more specific details regarding this position will be sent to those individuals along with a breakdown of the remainder of the hiring process, a timeline, and information for the next step. NOTE: a large part of the application process is completed in this first step {in the application linked above}. We front-load our interview process with an extensive application to ensure we are attracting the right talent. If you are serious about this position, please take your time on the application and also clear your schedule for the remainder of the hiring process.
  3. All applications need to be submitted by March 29th.
  4. Our decision will be made by the end of May 27th.

 Headshot

I am a busy wife and Mother to three beautiful children! I was raised in California but I now call Texas home, and I love being with my family more than anything in the world! I have LOTS of different interests and love learning new things. Photography and being a wife/mommy are what make me the happiest, but water skiing on a hot summer day isn't a bad second choice!

  1. Hi there
I just came upon the application for the Assistant Site Director position. Is there any chance that i may still apply?

I look forward to your response.

    Regards
    Michelle

    1. Hi Michelle! We actually filled that a year ago and don’t think it will be open again for a long time. If you were interested in the assistant site director position, I would recommend applying for the referral partner program director as there are many parallels! We hope you consider applying for it! XO

  2. Oh! I saw this too late. What a pity!
It would have been a fantastic opportunity! I’m an enthusiastic IT girl super in love with my boyfriend (I’m always trying to win again his heart each and every single day) and obsessed with DIY projects.
    Maybe next time! ?

  3. Hi Chrissy,
I am so excited about the chance to apply to work with the Dating Divas–you ladies really are so fabulous and inspiring! I’ve been working on my application all month and just tried to submit and it says it cannot be saved because my response is too long. I’m not sure if that means one particular question or just in general; it doesn’t specify. Is there another way to submit the application? I am so sorry to make this difficult. Thanks for your help!

    1. I just saw the other comments similar to my own; I will do my best to shorten each response. Thanks!

    2. Hi Lizzie! If you can, please just try to narrow down all of your answers as much as possible and keep trying to submit them. It will help us out greatly if you can submit them through the form and be as succinct as possible. Once you have them narrowed down as much as possible, and if you are still unable to submit, you can email me only the long answers along with the questions they go to. My email is chrissy {at} the dating divas {dot} com. Thanks and good luck!

  4. HEY! I sent in my application, but I’m unsure you all received my information. Is there a way to confirm my application was received?
Will you be holding preliminary interviews before you make your decision in May?

    1. Hi Annemarie! I just checked and we did receive your application. And yes, we have an extensive application process over the course of 4 weeks where interviews and projects will take place! Good luck!

  5. Thanks Chrissy,
I got it submitted! Just in case anyone else is having trouble – I read a couple of techie boards and there seems to have been a change to google forms and many companies have been having trouble since last spring with the length of the responses being submitted. Many reported that nothing longer then 12500 characters could be submitted at once.
    Thanks!
    Heather

  6. Hello,
I am also having trouble with the same comment. “We couldn’t save your response because it was too long. Brevity is the soul of wit.” I have edited my response but still seem to get the same comment. Just wondering if you could give us an idea of the length of the responses you are receiving? For example, should we only have 3 or 4 sentences for each? Thanks so much for your help!
    Regards,
    Heather

    1. Hi Heather, Thanks so much for applying! Unfortunately, I do not know what the character limit is for google forms. I’ve tried looking it up and I’ve looked at all of the settings on the admin page. The only thing we can have you do is continue to try to shorten your answers and keep trying to submit until it accepts it. I am sorry for the inconvenience!

  7. I am currently working on my application. Do you have a rough number of hours per week? Also, how flexible are the hours as far as if I set my schedule or not?

    1. Hours are SUPER flexible for the Creative Team and the Affiliate Director. The Assistant will need to be available during the day {rather than nights}. With hours, it’s definitely part time.. we honestly don’t have any clue on hours! Ha! We will be assigning out tasks and it will take longer when learning them and then less time once fully trained…? I’d say a few hours a day? {Don’t hold me to that! lol}

  8. Hi Chrissy!
Thank you so much for your response! I am so excited to be able to apply for this position! I have been cutting down my responses in the different fields and it still is coming back with the same message on the length every time. I just wanted to reach out to you again and see if there is a specific word limit for each of the questions that I should be shooting for (each one is under 350 words). Thank you so much for your help!

  9. Hi! I am excited to apply for this position and have been working on the application in a Word doc as suggested. When I went to enter in everything in the right field it came up with an error message saying, “We couldn’t save your response because it was too long. Brevity is the soul of wit.” It didn’t pinpoint which response is too long so I am not sure where to make changes. Let me know if there is a better way to submit my responses! Thank you!!

    1. Hello Sky! Hm, that is tough. If you can please just edit down the longest ones and keep trying to submit, hopefully it will let you eventually! Looking forward to seeing your application come in!

  10. I’ve been a regular visitor to and a big fan of your site for a while, I think I check most of the boxes in your list of requirements, and I would so love to apply. BUT, and I really should ask this before I take up more of your time – I live (and will, for the next 2 years) in India! Would that work for you (if everything else does :))?

    1. Hi Jo! Thanks for your comment! If you have a reliable internet connection and can work from home, then you are welcome to apply! Good luck!

  11. You have listed “In love with your spouse” as one of the questions to ask yourself before applying. Do you have to be married? I have been, it didn’t work out, we get along even 7 years later. Although, I am in a happy/romantic relationship with my boyfriend and full of love! I’d absolutely enjoy contributing to your team if so 😀

    1. Hi Jess, although we did state that, being married is not a requirement for the position. You are most certainly welcome to apply and will be considered for the position. Good luck!

  12. Quick question : In the requirements above (Asst Site Director), there is no mention of location. What are your parameters/essentials?

    1. Hi Jo! This is a stay-at-home job and anyone can apply who has a reliable internet connection and can work efficiently from home. Even people who are out of the country!
