Chili Bowl Cook Off!

Fall is my favorite time of the year! Leaves falling from the trees and the crisp autumn air – MMMmmm! Pull out your sweaters because it’s time to get COZY! To celebrate the grand change in the season we’ve pulled together a group date that’s sure to warm you from the inside out. Call all of your friends for a Chili Cook Off! The more the merrier for this backyard group date!

Truly, these printables really turn the Chili Cook Off into something special. Let’s Get Cooking!I come from a big family, so when it comes to dinner, the more people I can feed the better! Spread the word and invite as many couples as you like. I recommend about 6 couples/families. You’ll want to have a variety of different chili to try as it keeps the competition healthy. 🙂 Print off our printable invitation and start spreading the word.

We’ve added a few cute decor printables to help dress up the occasion! It’s not a party unless there’s food and decorations, am I right?! Print the banner once to spell YUM. Print it twice to spell YUMMY! Either way it makes me hungry!

I picked up some paper straws and added these OH-SO cute flags for every guest. {I thought those bottles were spotless until I started taking high resolution pictures of them. Hmm. Maybe I need new dishwasher soon? For reals!}

Ohh! This is my favorite part – The Chili Bowl Ballot! Each guest gets a ballot with samples and then votes for their favorite chili. The best part is no one will know whose chili is whose. I picked up some Paper Condiment Cups and added 6 to each ballet. Once you’ve voted, you’re welcome to dish up a big bowl of your favorite chili! Oh – AND there are place cards to go in front of each chili and all condiments. Gosh, it just keeps getting better and better!

And The Winner Is??It’s not a competition unless there’s a winner and a PRIZE! I grabbed these wooden spoons and tied on our printable prize tags. It was the perfect gift for the best chili – PLUS, it’s useful with all that chili to dish up! Win-win!
