Our speedy growth continues to be overwhelming, exciting, and full of promise! As we continue to grow, expanding our Diva Team is a must. If you read our blog, or have been inspired by our content before, then you have a glimpse of what it will take to fill this position. We are currently looking for more AMAZING women to join our blogging team – women who can write and wow our readers with incredible content.
These positions are for individuals who are creative minded AND have a knack for writing. As a member of our blogging team, you will be responsible for coming up with top-notch post ideas as well as executing those ideas to the caliber of our current blog standards. Our blog writers are creative, crafty, excellent writers, punctual, reliable, detail oriented and most of all… a blast to work with! We just plain love what we do! And we want to deliver the best and ONLY the best to our readers.
As a Creative Blogger for our site you will be asked to draft 3+ posts a month, contribute to ideas for future blog content, take pictures for your own posts, as well as possibly fill in on other teams where needed.
Finally, this position is for someone who is passionate about saving marriages. Above all else, we firmly believe in what we do… which is bringing couples closer together and helping them create the marriage of their dreams! We are looking for someone who resonates with our core values as a company, which include but are not limited to honesty, integrity, hard work, open communication, passionate living, and of course… staying drama free! We are ONLY looking for individuals who are examples of these values and can display what it truly means to be a Dating Diva!

- Must be able to take gorgeous pictures {If you are familiar with Photoshop, that is a plus!}
- Must be able to hit ALL deadlines
- Must be SUPER responsible
- A quick learner
- Highly self-motivated {A go-getter!}
- Must be familiar with blogging {If you are familiar with WordPress, that is a plus!}
- Computer-savvy
- Social media expertise {is a plus!}
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solver
- Positive outlook {we only work with HAPPY people!!}
- Team player/works WELL with others
- Extremely strong skills in organization, prioritization, & time management
- Fun to work with
- Able to commit to a two year partnership or longer
- Passionate about what we do on our website & excited to help promote strengthening marriage
Responsibilities:
- Creating 3+ amazingly creative posts a month
- Staging & taking gorgeous photos for your posts
- Work with a graphic designer to create printable pdf’s to accompany your posts
- Attend monthly meetings {online conferences}
- Communicate weekly {sometimes daily} with Skype team
- Hit ALL of your deadlines {this position is very regimented}
- Help team with brainstorming NEW ideas
- Building brand recognition
- Social media expert
- Respond to reader comments
- Replying to emails
- Creating/maintaining Google Docs
Other:
- These positions are paid. We are ONLY hiring for long-term, which means this individual would be on our team for 3+ years.
- This will be a part-time job, although, while training & learning the “ropes” it may seem closer to a full-time job. The hours put in each week will all depend on how efficient you are. We have a set of tasks that the team members need to complete, which will vary every week. At first, things will take you longer. Once team members are comfortable with the tasks at hand, then the projects go a lot faster. It will definitely be a part-time job, BUT our Creative Bloggers need to be absolutely amazing & have all of the qualities/skills/knowledge listed above in order to complete the tasks in a timely manner. **Please do not apply if you don’t understand or have knowledge of the responsibilities listed above.

This sounds like the job I’ve been wanting for a very long time! In order to be 100% committed I would have to drop down to part time at my current job (which would be no problem at all). I just need to know if financially this would be feasible… would you be able to give me an idea on the pay? If it comes anywhere close to half of what I make now I’m sending my application in! I LOVE the Dating Divas and think I’d be a great fit! I’m very chatty (if you couldn’t tell from this comment) and I’ve been with my husband for 13.5 years…. since we were teenagers… and I am more in love with him than I was at 17. I’d love to eventually be a stay at home mom (and I’m hoping your reply gives me good news so I can start on that journey and join an amazing group of devoted women with ingenious ideas)!
