Date Night Invite

Isn’t Courtney’s design so fun? I love the retro look of this invitation!

At Home Game Night

An ideal group for this Not So Newlywed Game would be 3-4 couples.  Make sure each player has an answer card! We highly suggest you laminate these and use some dry erase markers so the players can write their answers on these during the game over and over again!

When your group arrives – the fun begins! Invite the wives away from the playing area to a place where they cannot hear their husband’s answers. Ask all the husbands one of the dating game questions and have them write it down on their laminated answer sheets. Then, bring the wives back & ask them the same question. If the couple’s answers match – they get points {you can determine how many}!

Fun Marriage Game Date Night

You can use this amazing scorecard to keep track of each couple’s score! I definitely recommend laminating this scorecard to be able to play again and again! The team with the most points at the end of the game – WINS!

The game continues by asking more questions but sending the husbands away while the wives answers! You can play as many rounds as you want. With over 50 questions to choose from it will NEVER get dull!

How To Play As A Couple

Playing with other couples is a blast, but this date night game also makes a fun date night at home too!

Game Date Night

To play as a couple, simply choose 10 different dating game questions from the question bank {without peeking!}. Read each question out loud and have you and your spouse write your answers down on the printable answer sheets at the same time. After you have written all your answers to the 10 questions – go question by question & compare answers!

So fun! Right? My husband and I still consider ourselves Newlyweds but we still played and had a blast! We just took out the marriage game questions about raising kids & such that don’t apply {yet!}. I hope you have as much fun playing as we did! I DEFINITELY learned some new things about my spouse that I didn’t know!

If you love this game,  be sure to check out a few others that have some fun couples game questions for parties! This is the original game that inspired the Not So Newlywed Game and another favorite getting to know you game, If The Shoe Fits. These are so fun!
